KEC International Ltd has allotted 750 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating Rs. 75 Crore on private placement basis to HDFC Trustee Company Ltd. A/c HDFC Corporate Debt Opportunities Fund.
