Jayant Agro declares 30% dividend

Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the Board Directors of the Company have recommended the declaration of dividend at 30% on Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each and at 7% on Preference Shares of Rs 5/- each at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 26, 2006, and it is proposed to pay the Dividend on Equity Shares and on Preference Shares, on or after October 03, 2006.
