Century Plyboards equity shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Century Plyboards India Ltd has announced that the equity shareholders of the Company have approved the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd with the Company, at their meeting held on August 22, 2006, pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
