Amrutanjan Board recommends 20% final dividend

Amrutanjan Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has resolved to recommend payment of Final Dividend at the rate of 20% (Rs 2.00 per share) on the Share Capital of Rs 3.20 crores for the year ended March 31, 2007 apart from Interim Dividend @ 40%, already paid during February, 2007. Dividend declared for the previous year was 40% on the Share Capital of Rs 3.20 crores.
