Dhampur Sugar Kashipur EGM approves name change as "Kashipur Sugar Mills Ltd"

Dhampur Sugar Kashipur Ltd has announced that with reference to the earlier announcement dated May 17, 2007 the Company had inadvertently mentioned the EGM date as "June 16, 2007" instead of "June 13, 2007" due to topographical error. Therefore the EGM outcome as follows:

The members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 13, 2007, have accorded the following:

1. The name of the Company has been changed to "KASHIPUR SUGAR MILLS LTD" vide fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, UP, Kanpur dated June 21, 2007.

2. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007 to allot 10,00,000 equity shares to Capital Cement Ltd as approved in the meetings aforesaid.
