Ciba Specialty Board recommends 50% dividend

Ciba Specialty Chemicals India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 50% (including a special dividend 30% in view of the profit generated on the sale of the Textile Effects business) i.e. Rs 5/-per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2007, (previous year dividend - 70%).
