Ansal Properties Board recommends 10% final dividend

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% on the Equity Share Capital (Post Bonus) (i.e. 11,35,01,100 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each, fully paid up) of the Company, subject to the approval of the members at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
