Micro Technologies & Airtel to offer Micro LMTS to Airtel Subscribers

Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company has tied up with Bharti Airtel Ltd to offer Micro LMTS (Lost Mobile Tracking System) to increase the security of mobile handsets of Airtel subscribers.

Symbian status achieved Micro LMTS (Lost Mobile Tracking System) is an innovative product of the Company. As an outcome of this tie-up, it will be very easy as well as cost effective for Airtel subscribers to secure their mobile handsets using this advanced technology. The application works on GSM Technology. This hidden software in the users mobile informs the user about the new Mobile number (that has been replaced by the original Mobile Number), IMEI Number with the current location of the handset through an SMS alert along with an email to the provided email address.

Airtel subscribers will be able to subscribe for the Lost Mobile Tracking Service by contacting the service provider. Airtel will be providing Micro LMTS to its subscribers in Delhi Metro Service Area.
