Sudarshan Chemical Board recommends 25% Dividend

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share (25%) subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
