Sujana Universal to allot shares and warrants on preferential basis

Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, to issue and allot 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each and 49,00,000 warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10.50/- per share / warrant to the promoters group.
