Videocon Industries named preferred bidder for Daewoo Electronics

Videocon Industries Ltd has announced that a consortium comprising of the Company and RHJ International S.A., have been named as the preferred bidder for purchase of controlling stake in Daewoo Electronics Corp., by the Creditors Financial Institution Committee of Daewoo Electronics Corp., Seoul, South Korea.
