MMTC Board to recommend final dividend

MMTC Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of final Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
