Satyam Computer extends relationship with Nestle

Satyam Computer Services Ltd, on June 25 2007 has announced that it has been awarded a three-year contract extension by Nestle Corporation, the largest food and beverage company in the world.

The Company is working with Nestle to establish global business practices based on a common technology platform, a key component of the Company's Global Business Excellence project the Company will provide services ranging from software development, maintenance, and support to infrastructure management. As a result of this agreement, the number of the Company consultants working for Nestle is expected to grow close to 500 over the next year.

Nestle operates 500 factories in 85 countries and employs over 250,000 people worldwide.
