IKF Technologies Board recommends 5% dividend

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:

1. The Board has recommended the payment of Dividend @ 5%.

2. The Board has approved the constitution of committee for due diligence of Gujarat Oleo Chem Ltd.

3. The Board has taken note of the ITES agreements with BITS and Website Helpline Inc.

4. The Board has approved the expansion of BPO centers in Shillong, Chennai, Mumbai.
