Bayer Diagnostics Changes Financial Year

Bayer Diagnostics India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, has decided to change the financial year of the Company from January to December to "January to September" (9 months) only for the current financial year 2007.

The subsequent financial years shall be October to September.

This is to align with the Parent Company's Global financial year.
