Shaily Engineering Board recommends 10% final dividend

Shaily Engineering Plastics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended to the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company a final dividend of 10% on the paid up share capital.
