HOEC increases participating interest in oil field to 40.323%

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has announced that the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Government of India, has approved the following:

1. Assignment of Participating Interest (PI) from Premier Oil North East India BV to the Company thereby enhancing its PI from 25% to 40.323%.

2. Transfer of Operatorship of the said Block from Premier Oil North East India BV to the Company.
