Super Tannery India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007 and also consider the recommendation of Dividend.
