Simplex Trading Board recommends Rs.1 dividend

Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a payment of dividend of Rs 1/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2007.
