High Energy Batteries recommends 40% dividend

High Energy Batteries India Ltd has announced that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 21, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 40% on the equity share capital (Rs 4/- per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2006.
