i-flex Solutions allots shares to Oracle on preferential basis

i-flex Solutions Ltd has announced that the members at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006 have approved the resolution for issue and allotment of 4,447,418 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each of the Company for cash at the price of Rs 1307.50 aggregating to 5,814,999,035/- on a preferential basis to Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd., the Promoter of the Company.
