Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 20000 shares on conversion of warrants

On July 25, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 66,90,75,982/- divided into 33,45,37,991 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 66,91,15,982/- divided into 33,45,57,991 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.391.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 367. The total number of shares traded during the day was 362938 in over 19488 trades.
