Indraprastha Medical declares 12.5% dividend

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 11, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 12.5% i.e., Rs 1.25 per share, for the year ended March 31, 2006, on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up in the capital of the Company.
