ICICI Bank CoD Meeting on Jun 23, 2007 to fix Public Issue Price

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Committee of the Directors (CoD) of the Bank will be held on June 23, 2007 for determining the price in respect of the follow-on public issue of equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.949.70, up by Rs.1.85 or 0.20%. The total traded quantity was 346586 compared to 2 week average of 320852. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.954.90 and low of Rs.938.10.
