Karnataka Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has sold 13,64,999 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd, a Chennai based unlisted Banking Company to M/s Indian Overseas Bank at a price of Rs 155/- per share on September 09, 2006. After the above sale, the Company holds 1 share of Bharat Overseas Bank Ltd.
