Provogue India Board to recommend dividend

Provogue India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation of payment of dividend to the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2007.
