Igarashi Motors Board to consider dividend

Igarashi Motors India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2006-07.
