Adi Finechem Ltd allots 12,54,000 bonus shares

The Management committee of the Board of Directors of Adi Finechem Ltd at its meeting held on July 11, 2014 allotted 12,54,000 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 10 (Ten) existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held on record date viz., July 10, 2014, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

The Company has allotted 12,54,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to issue of Bonus shares.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 13,79,40,000 consisting 1,37,94,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The new Equity shares shall rank pari passu.

Shares of ADI FINECHEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.211 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2802 in over 145 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 225 and intraday low of 211. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 601076.
