Apollo Sindhoori Board recommends Rs.1 final dividend

Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend at Rs 4 per share on Equity Shares (including Rs 3 per Share interim dividend already paid).
