Ritesh Industries Board to consider acquisition of Catalina Bay USA Inc

Ritesh Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider acquisition of Catalina Bay USA Inc., a USA based Company.

3. To enter into Retail segment in India with launch of Women's Apparel.
