Goldcrest Finance India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider declaration of Dividend, if any for the year 2006-07.
