Unity Infraprojects Board to recommend final dividend

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to take on records the Quarterly financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and Financial Year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend the final dividend to the Members of the Company.
