Ganesha Ecosphere to raise Rs. 30 crores

The Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd at its meeting held on July 09, 2014, has decided to raise funds upto an amount of Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores), by way of Preferential Issue of Equity Shares of the Company, to the 'Persons other than promoter and promoter group' at a price to be determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of GANESHA ECOSPHERE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.80.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23214 in over 234 trades.
