Tide Water Board recommends 150% final dividend

Tide Water Oil India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007 has decided to recommend a final dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs 15/ - per Ordinary Share (including Interim Dividend @ 100%) absorbing Rs 1,30,68,000/- for the year ended March 31, 2007 at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
