Rasandik Engineering Board to recommend dividend

Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Annual Results of the Company for the financial year 2006-07 and to consider the recommendation of dividend to the shareholders of the Company.
