First Leasing Board recommends 22.5% dividend

First Leasing Company of India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 22.50% on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.46.95, down by Rs.1.25 or 2.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.20 and intraday low of Rs.46.50. The total traded quantity was 25467 compared to 2 week average of 14907.
