Financial Technologies terms MCX IT department survey is routine

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 20, 2007, regarding routine investigation carried out by the Income Tax Department at Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd (MCX), a Subsidiary of the Company, Financial Technologies India Ltd has further informed about the press note issued on June 20, 2007 by MCX.

The Contents of the Press Note is as under:

"The Income Tax Department conducted routine survey operations at the premises MCX on June 19, 2007 and the same has been satisfactorily concluded with full cooperation from MCX.

At MCX, the Company has always benchmarked its automated systems and process against global standards and are happy to know that they have been found in complete compliances of all regulations during the survey.

The business operation of the company are function normal as usual."
