LT Overseas signs MOU with MP State Agro Industries Development Corporation

LT Overseas Ltd has announced that the Company has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M. P. State Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd.

Secondly the Company"s wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Nature Bio Foods Ltd has also signed a MOU with M. P. State Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd.

LT Overseas Ltd has also announced that the Company has signed a Shareholders Agreement on June 10, 2007 with LT Overseas North America (LTO NA) - a Company incorporated under the Laws of Ontario. The Company will be holding 55.26% shares in LTO NA and in pursuance of the same LTO NA will become a subsidiary of the Company.
