GV Films to consider JV proposal for Multiplex in Chennai

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors in their proposed meeting to be held on June 25, 2007, will also consider a Joint Venture proposal for construction of a Multiplex in Chennai.

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.39, up by Rs.0.49 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.39 and low of Rs.9.95. The total traded quantity was 7564828 compared to 2 week average of 7931867.

The stock has been in limelight ever since the company jointly acquired the rights for releasing Rajinikant starrer "Sivaji" in Chennai city.

The stock has jumped 50.58% or Rs.3.49 from its price of Rs.6.90 on 18-May-2007 in the last one month. The stock has rises 25.48% or Rs.2.11 in the last one week from Rs.8.28 on 13-June-2007.
