GMR Infrastructure Ltd allots QIP at Rs. 31.50

In respect of the QIP, the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of GMR Infrastructure Ltd, has, at the meeting held on July 08, 2014, declared the closure of the QIP on July 08, 2014. The committee determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 31.50/- per Equity Share (which is at a discount of Rs. 1.64 per Equity Share on the Floor Price of Rs. 33.14 per Equity Share), for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible QIBs in the QIP.

The committee approved and adopted the placement document dated July 08, 2014, in connection with the QIP (the "Placement Document").

In relation to the QIP, the Company have filed the Placement Document dated July 08, 2014. The QIP had opened on July 02, 2014.

Shares of GMR INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3253311 in over 9608 trades.
