Prajay Engineers allots 7,28,000 Equity Shares at Rs.63.50

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2007, has allotted 7,28,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up against conversion of 7,28,000 warrants at a price of Rs 63.50/- per share to Ms. S Madhuri Reddy and Ms. V Smitha Reddy. Details of the shares allotted are as follows:

1. S Madhuri Reddy : 3,68,000 No of warrants converted into equity shares.

2. V Smitha Reddy : 3,60,000 No of warrants converted into equity shares.
