Pudumjee Pulp Board to recommend dividend

Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the adoption of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation for declaration of dividend.
