Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills to allot 21,50,000 shares at Rs. 75

The Board of Directors of Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd at its meeting held on July 05, 2014, has resolved to make a preferential issue of 21,50,000 equity shares at the price of Rs. 75/- (Rupees Seventy Five only) to certain non-promoter investors in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) guidelines, 2009 and also make a preferential issue of 5,00,000 10% cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs. 100/- each to the promoters on a private placement basis.

Shares of SURYALAKSHMI COTTON MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.75.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11258 in over 132 trades.
