Lavasa Corporation Limited files Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI

Lavasa Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Hindustan Construction Company Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on July 01, 2014 in order to undertake an initial public offering of its equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 7,500 million (the Issue"). The Issue is subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals, market conditions and other considerations.
