The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Roman Tarmat Limited has received overwhelming response from all categories of investors with the issue receiving subscription of 29.67 times. The company's IPO opened for subscription on June 12, 2007 and closed today - June 19, 2007.

The company received total bids for 86044720 equity shares against the offer of 2900000 equity shares. The company received bids for 20409760 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 38489000 equity shares against the offer of 1400000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 27.4921 times. The Employee Reservation poriton of the issue received subscription of 0.7500 times with bids for 75000 shares against the offer of 100000 equity shares.
