Rishiroop Rubber equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has announced that, pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on September 25, 2006 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Shareholders / Creditors of the Company.
