Tayo Rolls allots 13 lakh NCRPS

The Committee of the Board of Directors of Tayo Rolls Ltd at their meeting held on June 12, 2014 have allotted 1,300,000 (thirteen lakhs) 8.50% non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each to Tata Steel Limited on Preferential basis.
