United Breweries Holdings' interim dividend treated as final dividend

United Breweries Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, inter alia, has not recommended final Dividend, considering the Bonus Shares already issued and allotted by the Company and the interim dividend of 5% per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2006, already paid is to be treated as Final Dividend.
