Ashapura Minechem allots equity shares to QIB

Ashapura Minechem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 11, 2006, has allotted 65,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 2/- per share to Qualified Institutional Buyers.
