The Securities Management Committee (empowered committee of the Board of Directors) of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd at their meeting held on June 03, 2014 have allotted to Piramal Enterprises Limited 65,79,840 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 1,200/-per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 1,190/- per Equity Share) being a price higher than the price determined as per Regulation 76(1) of Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
